“If people like you they will listen to you, if people trust you they will do business with you”
If you want to create clear blue water between you and the competition then doing the right thing is not an optional extra. Doing the right thing should be embedded into the core of the company and part of the DNA.
Trust is earned from what you do every single day; be transparent throughout everything you do.
You have got to be a beacon of light and integrity within your market place.
We are stronger working together.
Why is being assumptive a dangerous skill in business?
When you have been doing what you do for a while and you meet with clients/customers, you will find yourself starting to stereotype and put people into boxes because of your experiences.
Do not assume how to treat a customer because of previous experiences.
Do not fall into the trap of being assumptive in business, it’s a dangerous place to be.
You have got to look at every single opportunity in its own unique way, with a curious mindset and have 100% engagement with that customer.
We are stronger working together.
