Built to Grow will go up against 24 other books to win CMI's Management Book of the Year Awards on February 6 2018.

Great news to share….(drum roll please)

My book, Built to Grow will go up against 24 other books to win CMI’s Management Book of the Year Awards. Judged by some of the best leaders in the UK, the winning book will be announced on February 7, 2018.

The CMI Management Book of the Year competition, now in its eighth year, was created to uncover the best books on management and leadership, and help raise the profile of the great management writing published in the UK. The competition is run in association with the British Library and Henley Business School and is judged by an expert panel of business leaders from CEOs to university professors.

Thank you to everyone
